To exclude unnecessary returns, our specialist will contact you to complete your order.

100% payment will be required for items available for immediate shipping.

We will require a 30-50% non-refundable down payment for special order items.

Some German manufacturers may require up to 120 days for delivery.

All items are inspected by us prior to shipment to a customer.

There is no minimum purchased requirement.




Customer may choose method of shipping and the carrier. (Including your own)

The cost of shipping will be passed on to the customer.

Shipping charges will include insurance and handling.

Customer may refuse insurance in writing ONLY.

By doing so, customer assumes full responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen shipment.




We support original manufacturer’s warranty and represent interests of our customer before manufacturers.

Product warranty will be clearly stated before any purchases are made.



Our policy allows customer to return eligible products.

Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

Authorization must be obtained prior to return of ANY merchandise.

To obtained authorization number (RGA) please contact our Customer Service.

Some products may require 20% restocking fee.

Any item found to be defective will be replaced by Medcaremart and shipped to the customer free of charge.

No items will be accepted for return 30 days after the original invoice.

Sterile products must be in unbroken packs with seals intact.
